Ohh, that works for me.
I'm thinking it's gotta be either the SGC Gate Tech had another story to tell him (bwahahaha) or he wanted to sample more Earth-wear and cuisine.
Either of those or he wanted to spit on the grave of the man who made his boyfriends life a living hell. *Shrugs* whatever.
