Yes and wasn't it nice that it would land near or in Australia. Nothing like dumping your rubbish on the other side of the world.

I must admit, the current administration is pretty clueless and stupid, otherwise they wouldn't have let all the friggin regulations go into the dumper and the subprime mess wouldn't have occurred, or would have much less critical.

But yeah, that pic's cute. or maybe the cat is just watching the current presidential election...hm....

You don't have an election, it's mind numbingly ongoing. I don't know what to call what you have to go through but we only have to put up with 4-6 weeks. Phew!

I call it choosing the lesser evil, although realistically, we don't get to choose.

I think you vote for the Richest, least DUMB person. After all Ronald Reagan got voted in. I thought I wouldn't go for Dubya as that's too easy ;)
Who does get to choose? We voted in Peter Garrett, lead singer of Midnight Oil.
