Another room complaint for your list: when they checked us in, it was into someone else's room, as in, there were already people staying in that room. Rather than fix it immediately, the dumbass at the front desk sent housekeeping up to see what was what; I put my foot down, and told them to fix it, and I must have looked pissed, because she got right on it.
