I love owls......
One of my mother's brother had one as a pet
He had found 'Hoot' alongside a road, late a night in the mountains where he lived
His mother had been killed apparently by a passing truck or car and the little ball of down was hopping around.
He scooped him up, placing him in his jacket, he was riding a motorcycle and Hoot became a companion, same as 'Lobo' a wolf pup he had found similar situation.

BTW that owl at 1:25 is really weird...............

Amazing the 'defenses' animals have. When it shrunk itself down it sure was weird! Ah, little Hoot sounds adorable.

Owls are amazing. I've only seen one in silhouette at night in all the years I've lived here. Meanwhile, a friend in Wisconsin has a family of BIG owls across the street. All the rabbits and feral cats have vanished since the owls moved in. Yikes!
