Winter photos and videos, and of course, some Dalek abuse :)

Here are a variety of photos, mostly outdoors nature shots, and.....

Yes, it would not be Christmas without some seasonal Dalek abuse, although it’s tacky enough it can also last through New Year’s!

Cloudy sky, snow’s a-coming, shot through the blue part of the car windshield.

Christmas at dusk, on a town street.

Same street, only with the traffic light.

Lights on bare branches of a tree in a parking lot.

Ssee the pond in the middle? Shouldn’t be there! The river rose over its bank during a flood. The ducks, seen as specks, were happy though.

A mystery video ;) - description at YouTube, but you can hazard a guess ;)

Flooded area in park, leaves underwater.

Ice forms a thin layer over leaves.

First snow in a park.

Snow in a graveyard.

Deer tracks in the snow.

and lastly, this is what wakes me up most mornings – not my dog, but the beagle…

Really like the ice photo.

The forest with the pond in the middle and the thin ice were my favorites. As for the Dalek, bwhahaha!

That shot through the windshield is gorgeous! It's a really big 'gate opening. :)

And, speaking as an artist, I think if you ever get the chance, enter the leaves under the water, and the ice pic afterwards in a contest if at all possible. Those are excellent. =^.^=

Love the dalek abuse!

Totally guessed the first video right, ha!

The graveyard shot is cool, if it weren't so far to our nearby one I'd be able to demonstrate how the snow has buried all the tombstones, but alas, I'm not brave enough to trek the mile one way on foot in these conditions.

Great pics! Poor Dalek! *g*

Loved all your pics, especially the snowy sky, the leaves under water shot and the ice one!

Thanks for sharing them - and your noisy neighbour vid!

I love the ice on the leaves photo! That's beautiful!

Our snow here in Michigan is rapidly disappearing as the temperature soars. We've got fog coming off the snow, we've got water precipitating back down... it's nasty, and flooding is expected, though my parents' house should be fine.

I really like the snowy cemetery. I love all those old cemeteries up north. :)

Good shots - I love the Dalek one and the ice shot is very cool!

From a friend of mine who's a big Dalek fan: "I'd be worried about that dalek exterminating me in my sleep. It surely wants revenge. ;)"

I wondered how you could kitsch up the Daleks even more, I fear at some point they will be unrecognisable, although the antlers feel most natural. Like the fake underwater shot from car and the real leaves under water.
