Okay, my dog isn't THIS fat!

And first, yes! The tumor was benign. The dog had a small bump on his head, a lump, a hard one, and the vet called and the biopsy came back - benign!

Yay for the tumor being benign!!!

That is one big hedgehog! I love them so much. I think they are so cute. My niece had one years ago.

I only get to see them via BBC videos, since they don't live in the States.

I did not know they weren't here in the States. I know some pet shops sell them. That is how my niece got hers. She was working there and brought it home. When we have animal shows for the kids here at school, they sometimes bring them.

Learn something new everyday. This is much better than yesterday's learning of don't stand and twist at the same time with a bad back.

Well, I should say, they're not in the wild, in the backyard, in the States. I think you can get almost anything in a pet shop. I saw a prairie dog once and all I could think of was "black plague" ;) when I saw it, plus if it got loose, a big hole in the yard.

I am such a product of the modern age. I think of praire dog and I get this image of modern business workers popping up from their work cubicles when someone mentions the word donut!!!
