Video of an aurora (ooooh!!!)

I seem to be in a rut posting links to videos, but this one is too beautiful not to pass on. Probably the closest I'll get to seeing one of these...

Gorgeous! We get the Northern Lights here (more in the summer when it's not cloudy), but nothing like what Norway has been experiencing lately. :)

WE have too much light pollution, so... I'd love to see 'em, or even the Milky Way!

Wow....absolutely breath-taking! I saw the milky way for the first time when I came to live in France 23 years ago. I was staying in a small village far from any city lights and one night when walking outside, I looked up and was dumbfounded by the number of stars I could see and then realised I was looking at the mlily way as well!!!!!
I also saw a falling star that August that looked like a meteor landing with a trail of fire behind it. Wonderful expoeriences.
Still never seen the Norhtern Lights however which is a shame as in Scotland where I come from, they are magnificent to see in the North apparently.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful vid hon.

I'll have to take a trip or move to see northern lights and/or milky way. have seen meteors but that's after sitting outside in freezing temps for hours, as most meteor showers occur the same day as .. rain! never fails ;) yeah, it's a great vid. I really applaud folks who create and share these things.
