MGM's Stargate Atlantis site starting to do Season 4 publicity

If you go here - http://stargate.mgm.com/characters.php - you'll find updated bios for the Stargate Atlantis cast. Everybody has new photos, well, except for Weir and Carson, as they're toast so MGM/SciFi isn't gonna waste time taking new photos.

Ugh! Airbrush city. Not quite as bad as what they did to the SG1 cast last year but why oh why do they feel the need to do airbrush the actors to such an extent? These are all attractive people and we've all seen pics of these guys taken up close at cons, and digital camera are pretty damn unforgiving, and they always look great, so why do they need to do this? *sigh* One of these days they are going to have some character promo shots of Sheppard that I actually like and where he doesn't look like a Ken doll. JF is attractive because he looks real, people in general are attractive because of the little flaws that make them individuals, airbrushing those little flaws out just makes them look bland.

Well there's my Saturday morning rant out the way!
