Covnention: David Nykl & David Hewlett

Photos from the recent Paris, France convention, and there is one shot of David Nykl and David Hewlett (alas, the top of the latter's head!) but here's a cool shot of fans dressed up as the Stargate Atlantis folk: Ronon, McKay, Sheppard (a good one!) and a Wraithkeeper.

.. yeah but you do end up standing like that sort off automatically when wearing the full rig and guns. the compination of tac vest, p90 gun harness and thigh holster pretty much limits the possitions you can stand ready and comfortably in..

Yeah, you're right! I always noticed how they have their hands on their weapons instead of in their pockets or something like that. But yeah, those postures and everything, just great :D

And yet, they didn't win. They reenacted the pilot episode, with the French soundtrack behind. Sheppard and Ronon jumped on stage whereas the McKay rolled on it, causing everyone to laugh, he had a tablet and all. On Saturday, the girl was dressed as Teyla, and she spent the whole day bare feet.

Hewlett should NOT bend forward like that when having photos taken, it'll give him a complex! Which is something that McKay might get :D
