Somebody up there (points vaguely) said Surfrider Beach; I don't know what the name of this break is, just east of Malibu Lagoon, but the pier with the double building is right, and the water's full of surfboards.

Hmm, unfortunately, I have no sound on my computer as that part of it died months ago so I can only watch the vid...

I do have to wonder about his under the chin goatee(or part-beard at least..) When he's not filming stuff he sometimes lets it grow but I have to admit to not having seen him with this style before.. maybe he's growing it like that for a film/tv role? *hopes he is - more JF on any format is definitely needed!!!*
