They don't like to close in case they need to bring back a character. Of course in soaps, they can kill a character and still bring 'em back (Hmm, maybe Beckett will appear in a soap...)
Thanks. Well, I'll wait and see what happens with season 4 and see how much I feel like chatting, although I really sorta hope to get back to writing fic too.
