Now that Stargate Atlantis is a wrap (hopefully just on hiatus), David Hewlett mentioned in his October 6th TWITTER

Baby really taking its time...going to do this "Helen" movie next week now!

The movie HELEN is probably this one - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1012729/fullcredits#cast - as it's being filmed in Vancouver, BC. 

http://www.comingsoon.net/news/movienews.php?id=36916 says of this movie: Written by Sandra Nettelbeck (Mostly Martha), who will also direct, the film centers on a music professor and mother who suffers from a deep, debilitating depression. Her family tries to help her, but no one can relate to her pain other than a young female student who knows depression all too well. Shooting is scheduled to begin Oct. 2 in Vancouver.

There isn't much more past that, but as filming commences, there may be some coverage as Ashley Judd is a name of sorts.
