I totally feel your pain. Two nights ago, four - yes FOUR - enormous racoons got onto our balcony. Unfortunately, this is also the balcony where my mom keeps all the food she can't stuff into the fridge. My sister woke up when she heard some commotion from downstairs and went to check it out. The bastards had flipped the lids off everything and eaten EVERYTHING. They even licked the bowls. She flicked a flashlight at them and they leisurely sauntered off.
And the best part, our wonderful dog, our wonderful GUARD dog....slept through the whole thing.
