Well, we all (if we meet the parameters) have a 10 out of ?????? chance to get on the set. SciFi has started a new Get in the Gate contest for Stargate Atlantis

well, don't feel bad. they screw US fans too. i know sevseral people who gave up trying to enter as they could never get a stupid membership to take on scifi. plus limiting entry to text or computer is denying probably thousands of people the chance to enter. for a scifi site who profeses to like geeks, they sure have lots of bugs on their website!

You mean I'd have to be an American! Not while you guys are having an election! We just had our own and it only took 6 weeks :( I couldn't stand a whole year of political ads, that's what the mute button on the tv is for!)

Oh man, tell me about it. I had that exact same issue with trying to register on the SciFi website. I created the account, got sent the password, when I tried to login with that password it told me the account didn't exist but when I tried to create a new account with the same username it told me that username already existed! Man! In the end I think I had to create a new account with a different name and that finally worked... :(

I've run out of email addresses trying to register. It has my all emails on file, but it never mails me anything when I say I've lost the password to my account.

Yeah, it's a pretty crummy site.

They've got a bug of some kind which still hasn't been purged. I have friends who, like I said, jsut gave up registering. I like how it tells you that you can't use an email you just created because it's already in use. Bugs!

And I have this awful feeling that the email address/memberhip I created, which i used to enter in last year's contest, never entered me, as I tried to use it again and it said it didn't exist. Bangs head on keyboard.
