I agree with you, 'unprofessional' is the exact word to define the way TBTP deal with their actors.
Is refreshing to hear people like Torri, so open and sincere.
And I also find myself missing Weir's presence a lot, although at first she wasn't one of my favourite characters (with all the unused potential and all... damn TPTB!)
