Oh she had more presence I totaly agree. The weird thing is I miss Weir when I watch older eppys but not in season 4..unlike Carson who I do miss in the current season.
Maybe if they had nothing something more of Weir's character, I'd miss her more. Either way, I'm glad Carter will not be getting MORE screentime and sounds like she'll have the same she had this season which makes me happy.
