Wow, AOL has 'em up already. Foolish me is watching the game, well, not watching. Waiting for ads. Anyway, there was a really really cute one with a squirrel. It goes to collect an acorn off the road, then a car speeds toward it. Squirrel turns and SCREAMS! Oh, you gotta watch it!

And check out the FED EX pigeons in the first quarter, and LIFE WATER with the dancing lizards. :)

Well, you know, anything with cute and furry animals wins in these situations.

I drove everyone crazy when I was in the US and Canada, taking photos of squirrels. We don't have them here. They're so much cuter than our possums! I love that little flick of the tail thing they do!

Now I am have something to do for the next little while. Thanks for the link. We had a Superbowl Party but that meant that I was hostess and cleanup person so I missed everything but the last quarter. Now I will get to see what everyone was laughing over.

AFL is my type of Footy. And we're counting down until the start of the season. GO Maggies! (for the uninitiated that's Go Collingwood Magpies! And Magpies are vicious so be scared.)

I left the room right before the Giants won. i was doing dishes or something and looked at the TV, and went, it's over?? But some of those ads were fun. I'm so glad they're on the web for future enjoyment, and I hope the squirrel ad gets played again.

Ours are mostly gray, but when I was in Toronto, i saw my first black squirrel and went WTF? And since then, I've seen multicolored ones around here. Saw a gray one with a brown tail. Hmm, some weird genetic stuff going on...

I love it... the entire road is empty.. you're driving along, and soem squirrel decides to run in front of the car. There's a site out there somewhere called Squirrel Hazing or something like that, which is hysterical. The squirrel's buddies dare him to run in front of the car.

Seriously? That's cool! I'm going to have to find that! In our town, the squirrels play chase along the road and you have dodge them. I love it!

They have red and black ones up at Whistler. The black ones chase the red ones.. It's quite bizarre.

I just love them. They're the cutest, cutest little things ever.

Yeah, red and other squirrels don't get along, alas.

I see red and gray ones, but that's after an SUV nails the poor things :(

Oh! Sad. That's usually how I see kangaroos, too. Just lying there on the side of the road.Except where my mum used to live when the roos annoyed her by eating her roses all the time..

Poor little critters. I hate seeing dead animals on the road. I also hate being behind the chook trucks, which I usually am on the way home.

Poor chickens, going to their deaths. Awful. I'm so glad I'm a vegetarian.

I'm in too surburban an area to see trucks with livestock, but I am sick to death of SUVs and Audios. Drivers are idiots.

You should see drivers here when it rains. We have so little rain that when it comes down, EVERYONE drives like a maniac, regardless of their car!

It doesn't help that the tram tracks get muddy from the dust and the rain and are even more slippery than usual...

Well, they were doing two things.

One, I was coming back from Tennis practice and they were doing it in the road.

Two, they were having a mini funeral in the road in the same place the next time we drove by.

Odd, isn't it?

Actually, no. If the mood strikes, they'll do it anywhere. Like I said, we have a lot of squirrels ;)
