Keller? They need to give her a bit more umph and Jewel Staite needs to kick it up a notch. Telling us her backstory doesn't automatically make her sympathetic.
I agree as I mentioned in my long-winded response. She needs to buck up, stop whining, stop the woe is me act and grow a pair. After that, lets see some compassion in her interactions with people, act more like a doctor and maybe I'll like her more.
