Burn out. Long hours for 9 mos out of the year (But, the actors often have it worse - like 16 hr days sometimes, if they have to totally be in make-up ungodly early, or are doing a day shoot on one set and then a night shoot out on location....) & then, waiting on pins & needles to see if you're going to get picked up for next season and what the budget is....
