Well, perhaps Teyla interupted Sheppard while he was NOM NOM NOMing on guacamole and that could be the reason he's grabbed her. Must be his favorite food other than turkey sandwiches.
Or maybe he's attacking her because the guacamole had gone bad, but he was too hungry to notice/care and thus the moldyness of it has slowly seeped into his brain, making him attack his teammate...
