The color scheme is industry standard. I have original scripts from one show and there are so many colored pages it's ridiculous and each color means a different draft. It's a foolproof method to make sure everybody is wokring with 'blue' pages, etc. But, that was a decade ago and who knows how bright the paper is they're using now. I mean, I've seen some wild neon colors in the office supply stores.
