I giggled madly when I pulled it up on YouTube. They had too much fun with it and I totally want the piano. (My dream is for a black one, but I'll take white.... it's a grand piano! *wants*) :)

I just wish that I'd seen Taggert in the ad - he wasn't in the promo pics either. Matt Frewer just has too much fun in that role.

Joe was at a convention about two years ago and someone in the audience wanted him to sing happy birthday to their friend, and he would only do it if EVERYBODY in the audience sang along, and no, the guy is gorgeous and witty, but he'd starve as a singer ;)

Have you seen the promo pics over on spoilertv.com? Absolutely huge, but gorgeous & very well done. They are so back to hinting at the Allison/Jack thing again. I just wish that they had used the same photographer for the SGA pics! :-p

It's a fun, light-hearted show. Yup, I do watch it, but just aren't into it in a fannish way, which is sorta good. Can only afford one fandom! ;)

I do like Eureka. I've never gotten full on fannish about it but I do like it and used to watch it regularly... sadly, IMO, the second season didn't work as well as the first. It lost some of that lovely quirky humour and suffered from the change in Alison's role and her relationship with Carter. Here's hoping Season 3 will be a return to form. :)

I read an article in a recent issue of the Scifi Channel magazine and they had an interview with one of the producers and he said that the third season of the show would go back to more like it was the first season. I was very happy to hear that. I liked and watched the second season, but I definitely prefered the first season. I think it got too dark the second season. Not that it was that bad, but I think it was darker than a show like Eureka should be.

He also said that they would have more of the triangle between Carter, Stark, and Allison, which is good news, at least to me. Most of the time I don't consider myself a shipper at all and couldn't care less about that sort of thing, but if Eureka lasts long enough I'm hoping that eventually they'll put Jack and Allison together.

Thanks for posting this link. I hadn't seen the commercial yet. I was at Shore Leave over the weekend. They had the tvs in the bar and lobby set to the Scifi Channel. They're definitely advertising the heck out of the show, but I hadn't caught this one.

I do like Eureka, but I don't get the scifi channel and I can only afford to download one show off of iTunes this summer and you know That's gonna be SGA!! :D
