meh maybe Sam and Jack have a kid and said kid has flashbacks. i mean all they really need to do is slow the ship down so Shep can fly in and Rodney can put it in a time dialation field and then Teyla can use her new hacker skills to stop the ship. i mean the ship has to run out of fuel and they obviously got ON the ship. they have to be able to get OFF.
