A suggestion for "guest stars" that don't have action figures made for them yet. Print out a picture (say of Carson) and glue it to a cardboard cutout. (since you are working on the cheap). These guest stars won't need the special treatment the regular "actors" get, you can just stack them in pile when they are done filming their scenes.
