I was working in a travel agency when I heard the news. A colleague told me she heard on the radio that a plane crashed against one of the twin towers. I couldn't believe it. We both thought it was a tragic accident... then I got home and my mother told me what had really happened. I spent the rest of the day and all evening glued to the TV. I still shiver every time I see that images...
