They're keeping the whole same team of writers... the real question is, : what episode is NOT going to get recycled ? Probably only 48 hours, 38 minutes and the episodes that have the gate as a central character, since, you know... there won't really be a stargate in Stargate universe...
And the odds are so bad you would actually have to go back to your bookmaker and give him some money on this bet :p
