I've done that a lot over the years since I got a box. Lousy made crap from China. You know how it goes about equipment failure and they have no control over it? I have been to the cable company so many times over the years they are getting to know me on sight. Can't wait till Feb, when we are forced to use these boxes all the time and we spend all are time exchanging them for new ones! (please shoot me now)
