I like #3 the best (Rise of the Lichens). But I think I'm biased as it sounds like Kavan would have a semi-starring role(or at least more than his 2.374 lines that are 'normal').
#2 doesn't sound too bad either.
#1 however would probably give me nightmares, but I'd watch it for the DeLuises' ;)
