I really don't think he's desperate to work, but at least he is showing that he's probably the best of the bunch. Keeps his cool, doesn't slag the others, doesn't do a Pratt tantrum. THe whole thing is embarrassing to watch but I think it's more watchable if you imbibe liquor first. Haven't tried that yet, but...
