Nope, I also feel that they don't care about us. Which is one of the reasons why I will not watch the new show nor support it (other reason being I hate scifi and only got into 'Gate first because of Jackson and later McKay). The fact that they are talking about how much darker it is, is a complete turn off to me. As some know, my fave SGA season is 3 because it's so light and everyone is happy. But no, Brad Wright and I are done professionally.
