I think since he lives in Malibu LA would be the spot, but more and more film companies are opting NOT to do LA as it is so congested etc.............. I can see why he does not want Vancouver. It is even more rainy and cold than Portland.........and when I say cold I mean it rains here and the temp is 38 which means cold IMO.
