Big Finish audiobooks download as normal mp3s, so putting them on an iPod is easy - just import the files into iTunes and do whatever you normally do next.
(They tend to come as a zillion small files in a folder, so my usual process involves consolidating them into one or two larger files, for ease of management. I also convert them into iPod audiobook format (m4b), which is bookmarkable. You don't have to do either thing, though - they'll play just fine the way you download them.)
