Picture quality was comparable to what you saw on TV. It was done on the cheap (the series, that is!) when first made but it doesn't have any smear you'd get from say, VCR to VCR. I'm happy with it.
Not on their site but a top-seller? Maybe you should email them and tell them you're interested. I know it's pricey though, like $40 a season (and that's a half season to us U.S. folk)
