Wow, you're right...he's not wearing the bracelet. He seems a little weird not seeing it there.

Also the wedding ring. You seldom see Joe's in most pics in at cons so it was strange to see that to.

(unrelated... but I totally saw him at Disney a couple of days ago, at Kilimanjaro Safaris. In fact, I pretty much shoved him out of my way in my rush to get back to the break room, thinking in the back of my mind that the guy standing smack in the middle of the narrow walkway with VIP Guest Relations CMs looked and had hair like Joe Flanigan, but that I was probably going crazy and was rather in a rush to get to my lunch... and then read later on his Twitter that he was there.)
