I think less Zelenka is the most likely consequence of Carter's presence considering his function in the show; Mallozzi said in his most recent blog post that one of her uses will be to expand the tech-focused banter that was "previously the exclusive domain of McKay-Zelenka" or something like that. The guy seems to have a hard time understanding the perspective of someone who may be foremost an SGA fan rather than a franchise fan.
