Not according to my CPA who just told me this AM that they want a statement from the charity...... I have NO respect for them as long as they let big corporations off the hook e.g. GE and many more who pay NONE, and yet they are making the lives of ordinary American miserable with their pestering. They want to clean up the tax frauds? Then go after GE and the rest who pay ZERO, as well as those who write off multiple homes with mortgages deductions while the rest of us have one home we are paying for. There is so much fraud which they conveniently overlook while they make our lives miserable. I have long felt flat tax only way to fix it PERMANENTLY
