We have historically gotten the same rooms (333/332) ever since being in that hotel but someone (on hotel staff?) decided that since we were in charge of the party suite, we should be right next to. Next year I’m writing letters to guarantee us our rooms as we choose
Had the same problem with the hotel--we were all over the place, rather than on the lower 3rd floor, which unfortunately really did contribute to who I actually saw a lot of this year. :(
I thought programming went extremely well. There was a lot on offer, there was a lot of engagement (even in some of the 'unmoderated' panels), and the lists outside the rooms were very helpful. I do miss the old lobby, but I think we did alright in the end.
