Seattle weather seems to be alternating between storms and gorgeous weather this winter. So far we had a month of record rainfall (over 15 inches in the month of Novemer - all-time record for Seattle rainfall in a month), then an awful snow/ice storm (during a Seahawks' Monday Night Football game!), then a record windstorm (over 1 million homes lost power, ours was out for a week), then a big snowstorm (took me 9 hours to get home after my car got stuck). And then in between those it's 50 degrees and sunny.
