My condolences, and my respect that you were able to keep her at home to the end. I'm sure some part of her knew and appreciated that very much.
I can sympathize on the "lots of stuff" aspect. We only had 2 months to clear out my mom's place a year ago, since she had been renting a house when she became ill. She was a collector, too. I recommend having an antiques expert help you figure out what might be worth keeping. Otherwise I found it therapeutic to keep some treasures and let the rest go... At least you can take your time, hon.
