It looks like the Red-Tailed Hawks that hang around here....I see them quite often perched on top of the freeway lights.....I suspect due to the carrion below...........but given the ***COUGH*** exhaust it amazes me they have not dropped dead.
They have white throat and chest and look like this in flight
