I remember when my Kasper went, the vet said to me "if you want to hold him, you need a towel, because he will probably pee". I was thinking "Who cares if he pees on me? He's my baby!" but I held the towel anyway.
So sorry for your loss. They are the sweetest, most wonderful little beings.
