It must be something in the air, cuz drivers are worse and worse. IF I became dictator, I'd ban all phones, distractions in cars. I've seen so many people driving dangerously while they're busy yakking on phone, or worse, texting. Glad the person who hit me had insurance. I dread being hit by an insurance-less person.
