There's this quote on Joe Mallozzi's blog this morning:

Answer: Yes, I can confirm that Playback Magazine has listed RDA as a cast member of Continuum.
It looks like RDA's involvement is still unofficial and the magazine simply assumed he'd be in the films. TPTB have made no secret of the fact they want him to be in the movies but obviously he has yet to sign on the dotted line. Ongoing contract negotiations etc mean they can't announce it officially one way or the other yet. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
