Actually, alipeeps' order is according to Joseph Mallozzi from his May 24 blog entry:
"As things stand, the airing order will be - Adrift, Lifeline, Reunion, Doppelganger, Travelers, Tabula Rasa, Missing, The Seer, Miller’s Crossing, This Mortal Coil."
The next episode is "Be All My Sins Remember'd" and then "Spoils of War". We still don't have the airing order confirmed after that, but most likely "Quarantine" follows as Ep 13.
Although he is writing "The Kindred Part 1" right now, we're not sure which order it will be aired in either.
GW usually lists episodes in production order and then changes that based on airing order (they did this for SG-1 S10 and SGA S3).
I've been watching JM's blog fairly closely to get this information, which you can find in the Solutions Wiki (under the article name Stargate Atlantis: Season Four) if you're interested.
