The library got its bazillion copies yesterday. I swear half the staff turned out for the opening of the boxes, but nobody was allowed to touch them except the acquisitions person who did the receiving, the cataloger, and the processor. The books are all ready to go and locked in my supervisor's office. There were jokes about leaving me in charge of them because I've never read a Harry Potter book and couldn't care less about the series, so I'd have no temptation to give in to.
