Brand New Stargate Atlantis Season 4 ad!!

You know, it was worth suffering through the abysmal Skiffy flick - SHOWNDOWN AT AREA 51 - to catch this ad. Yes, SciFi Channel put on an ad for the second half of season 4 of Stargate Atlantis. It's right below, and opening the video will expose to a TON of spoilers, so you've been warned. If you don't mind spoilers, ENJOY! Done by aiming digital camera at TV screen, so not high tech ;)

I don't know why, but everytime I see Rachel (Teyla) near the end of her pregnancy it always throws me because I'm so used to her being tiny and compact :P Also, that whole "guess who's coming back" spoiler...we have three months before those eps air, but apparently Sci-Fi doesn't care to keep the secret anymore. Huh, interesting marketing theory there.

Gee, we know about her pregnancy before the rest of her team! She still hasn't told them about it. They'll probably just think she's eating too much ;) WEll, Skiffy has been pretty bad when it comes to spoilers. Drops 'em left and right.

Ah, the lengths you go to to bring us the latest - I appreciate your suffering. AWESOME promo! And I think even Joe M said that we'd be seeing Carson again, he even said clue to how they were going to do it was in a S3 episode (I think it's Tao - Carson had blood of everyone on file, ya know). I didn't see anything really spoilerly in it. I saw Michael (human) (I think) and it's clear that Teyla's baby is going to be a key.

Oh, I can't wait!

Well, yeah, we in the fandom knew Carson was coming back, we even know the eps he's gonna be in, but the general public didn't have a clue. This is gonna be a huge spoiler for them. (The clue was at the end of Vengeance, based on the hints from JM and the participants in the Carson eps)

"What took you so long?"
Well, I'll tell you. First they had to kill the poor man in a really stupid way, then they waited until the fans were about to dismantle and eat Bridge Studios, and then there had to be bagpipes and lots of media coverage and THEN Mallozzi et al had to have about a million chocolate-filled meetings. That's what took so freaking long.
