yeah, a face only a mother could love, but he reminds me a little of my cat, except for the long black fingers, of course. Darned shamed there are only 1,000 left in the wild!

Though I agree, it is rather cute to look at.
I always loved aye-ayes. When I first saw a live one at a zoo I was five or so, and I remember getting very cross with my mum because she wouldn't get me one as a pet!
