They're not too spoilerish. If you know what the plot is about, you'll go, hm, not learning anything more. If you don't know anything, you won't care as a shot of Sheppard in a nice suit. Woof! ;) *cough* Anyway, glommed off a nice fan's post off GW.

Mmmm, pretty men in suits. John always looks a little out of place in street clothes. I keep wondering if they actually own suits and ties and stuff, or whether they're loaners from the SGC. (Maybe that explains the ugly tie??)

I'm curious: why the suit and not dress blues? Wonder what the protocol is for that.

My guess, especially given the ep title, is that John's family wasn't especially thrilled about him being in the military, and wearing his dress blues would seem like he was rubbing it in their faces.

Outcast, and no. After Quarantine is Harmony, then Outcast.

"Outlook" is airing afte r"Harmony" (which comes after "Quarantine"). He's in the suit for a funeral. And the tie, well, yeah.... eh, could be worse, I suppose (remembering how bad ties were in the 70s)
