 I was checking my usual bevy of Stargate Atlantis links, and clicked on David Hewlett's A Dog's Breakfast (or for me, dgeek.com) and found this horrific notice.

dGeek and adogsbreakfastmovie.com have been hacked/infected and I've been forced to suspend access to them. My apologies to all the fans, but this recent attack is more trouble than I have the skills or the time to recover from. I may be able to get something back up and running again once I'm back on hiatus in October, but honestly given this kind of stupid attack, it just might not be worth the headache and the heartbreak.

The ADB attack left me speechless. It's unbelievable! It hurt so much to read David's note, he seemed to be so very disheartened and crestfallen! Hope that's not the end of ADB and that he'll be able to get a lot of it up and running again during his hiatus, when the initial shock is over and when he remembers that so many fans love his site!

People who have nothing better to do with their time than to annoy others like that, who hack sites and create viruses and troll around with absolutely no respect towards others are simply evil and there are no excuses for what they do.
