He did that once... right after I dragged him into the house when he fell off the balcony.

God, watching this sent shivers up my spine! Really scary cat. The guy with the camera was really mean to keep up annoying the poor thing. But, yeah, a few minutes with the 'deciders' about SGA and maybe they would change their minds--or kill the cat. Could go either way.
